BENEFITS

Assists with balancing body pH and prevents excess acidity which can strip minerals from bone tissues (in particular calcium & magnesium) and slowing the supply of oxygen to the tissues.

May assist in relieving joint aches and pain, tiredness, fatigue and general swelling which are all typical symptoms of acidic conditions.

Contains calcium and magnesium, and is charged with homeopathic Zinc, Iron, Selenium & Manganese.

Also contains Spirulina which is very high in many nutrients including vegetable protein, omega-6 fatty acids, Vitamin E and many B group vitamins, trace elements (e.g. organic iron, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese) and beta carotene.

DIRECTIONS

Suggested use below unless otherwise advised by your health care practitioner.

Adults: 5g (1 scoop) daily after evening meal.

Children above 8 years: No more than half adult dose daily in divided dose or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. For children under 8 please use under the advice of your medical practitioner.

At the first sign of allergy or discomfort stop using the product and seek medical advice.

As with any medication, use in pregnancy strictly under the supervision of your medical practitioner.

Do not put wet spoon and replace lid lightly after each use. Once opened, the contents must be consumed within 90 days.

Each 5g powder contains:

Magnesium Carbonate: 1.45g, Calcium Carbonate: 0.75g, Spirulina: 1g, Inositol: 0.40g, Sodium Bicarbonate: 1g, Silica: 0.25g. Also contains homeopathic iron, zinc, selenium and manganese. Also contains mild peppermint flavour and natural herbal sweetener Stevia.

Allergens:

Free of animal products, nuts, lactose, yeast, artificial colours and flavours.

No added preservatives, sugar, gluten and GMO.

What is the rationale behind the formula?

Our body pH maintains a fine balance in the acid – base equilibrium in a relatively narrow pH range just like our body temperature maintains around 37 °C. Any imbalance in this equilibrium causes a decline in our health and wellbeing.

How does your product differ from other comparable product/s available on the market?

We have done a quick comparison with a product called Basica. However, we are not recommending Alka-ph over Basica or vice versa. Nor in any way are we implying that one product is better than the other. User of Alka-ph must make up their own mind when comparing.

What is the benefit of adding homeopathic ingredients in Alka-ph?

Homeopathic elements are involved in many cellular activities in the body and have a vast array of benefits. These are safe at the dosage levels as indicated on the product label and well below tolerance limits in the body.

Is this product suitable during pregnancy?

We strictly recommend using the product with caution in pregnancy and allergic conditions under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner.

Is this product suitable for diabetics?

Yes, however, as diabetes is a disease state it is necessary to consult with a registered medical practitioner prior to its use.

Why does Millenium pharmaceuticals provide this product only in powder form and not in tablets?

It is not possible to produce an equivalent dose of actives in the product in a tablet form (per gram dose) comparable to the powder. Also tabletting requires additional excipients (fillers) which also happen to increase the cost. Powders do also improve absorption in the body.
